Everyone I interacted with was professional, pleasant, and accommodating even though we had to reschedule twice at our request. (We were having three leaking skylights removed and roofed over. It was too cold to have a three gaping holes in the roof.) When they removed our skylights it was still quite cold. Paul did them one at a time and quickly boarded each hole so there was minimal heat loss.
Chris came to do the initial inspection and gave us a couple of options. The priced quote was detailed and quite reasonable. Being able to Docusign the contract and pay online were also perks.
