A Livonia homeowner noticed a leak in a guest bedroom shortly after a recent exhaust vent installation. During our inspection, we found the issue was actually caused by a popped roofing nail on a roof less than two years old. From the moment I started speaking with the customer service rep RoofAdvisor has been nothing but accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I am In awe of the customer service we just received from Paul with RoofAdvisor! After working around my daughter’s nap time, Paul arrived as anticipated with a smile on his face! While looking at the issue from the inside I could tell immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He then went outside and before I knew it he was all done and had fixed the issue! It was very minor so he decided to go ahead and handle it right then and there. He showed me pictures of everything he did and took a look at our entire roof, not just the spot of concern. He advised us of something we need to reach out to DTE for which we would have never probably realized had he not gotten up there. And gave us his honest opinion as to when we should probably have the roofed looked at again and to my surprise it was many more years than I thought he was going to say.
