I would recommend Roof Advisor to anyone and everyone that needs support with their roof repairs. Paul C. was the individual that I worked with and he was EXCEPTIONAL! Hands down one of the best service I’ve ever had. Super knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about. He made me feel like a true partner and I love the attention to detail and utilizing the iPads to take very specific photos to explain the issues going on. Very transparent and I didn’t feel forced or pressured to make the decision to work with them. All the more reason why I HAD to work with Paul and the Roof Advisor team. Highly recommend. I’d give 10 stars if I could which is rare in the industry.

Paul and his team were amazing to work with. He was patient, explained every piece of the process, and came out a few times with different samples to help us make sure we were making the right choice. The installation turned out to be a little more involved than we had initially thought due to some rotted wood on the old roof, but the team kept me in the loop at each point in the process and set proper expectations, and I feel good that the project was done RIGHT and I know I won’t have to worry about my roof for a very, very long time.

I’m so glad I found this company (and Paul especially) – at every contact point it was a great group to work with. Prompt, professional, responsive, and a solid crew. Cleaned up afterward as if they were never here and I couldn’t be happier with how the new roof looks! They proved to be extremely up-front and reliable and I would recommend them to ANYONE. Paul was great to work with from the roof inspection stage through the installation. He clearly explained our options, answered our questions, and provided samples to help us make the final color selection. Unlike other roofing companies that we asked for a quote, there was absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision or any decision. The quoted price was very attractive and fair. We were especially impressed with the thorough cleanup after the roof was installed.

From giving me my quote when I was looking into buying my home, to follow up, and walking me through each step he’s always been so helpful and supportive. Elise was amazing at logistics, talking me through timeline updates, helping with my loan and walking me through some unexpected things the day of the install. Chris stopped by and checked in on the project, helped answer questions and was super supportive. The production crew was so hardworking, kind, respectful of my yard and neighbors, and did a fantastic job!!!

Service was very good, starting from the beginning process all the way to the finish product. Paul was extremely helpful in explaining what needs to happen for the repair and what materials would fit our needs. The project was completed quickly but you can tell that the quality was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was professional, pleasant, and accommodating even though we had to reschedule twice at our request. (We were having three leaking skylights removed and roofed over. It was too cold to have a three gaping holes in the roof.) When they removed our skylights it was still quite cold. Paul did them one at a time and quickly boarded each hole so there was minimal heat loss.
Chris came to do the initial inspection and gave us a couple of options. The priced quote was detailed and quite reasonable. Being able to Docusign the contract and pay online were also perks.
