This is a fantastic service. I contacted RoofAdvisors due to needing my roof inspected to complete a refinance. I also had some concerns with the roof and thought it needed to be replaced. RoofAdvisors sent out Chris Erwin who is just a pleasure to work with. Well dressed, well spoken, no hassle and zero pressure. Chris inspected the roof inside and out. He took detailed pictures and created a report on the spot and went over it with me at my kitchen table. He told me I absolutely do not need a new roof and that it had at least 5 years left on it. He went over the concerning area's and we worked out a fantastic price for repair. When it comes time that this roof does need to be replaced I will give RoofAdvisors a call first. I have already sent more business their way after raving about them at work. The cost to have your roof inspected is well worth the peace of mind.

A Livonia homeowner noticed a leak in a guest bedroom shortly after a recent exhaust vent installation. During our inspection, we found the issue was actually caused by a popped roofing nail on a roof less than two years old. RoofAdvisor completed a minor on-the-spot repair by sealing the affected areas and preventing further water intrusion.
From the moment I started speaking with the customer service rep RoofAdvisor has been nothing but accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I am In awe of the customer service we just received from Paul with RoofAdvisor! After working around my daughter’s nap time, Paul arrived as anticipated with a smile on his face! While looking at the issue from the inside I could tell immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He then went outside and before I knew it he was all done and had fixed the issue! It was very minor so he decided to go ahead and handle it right then and there. He showed me pictures of everything he did and took a look at our entire roof, not just the spot of concern. He advised us of something we need to reach out to DTE for which we would have never probably realized had he not gotten up there. And gave us his honest opinion as to when we should probably have the roofed looked at again and to my surprise it was many more years than I thought he was going to say.
